How to be referred to the DCS

This service is not directly open to the public. The Disability Rights Commission (DRC) manages all the referrals to the DCS. The DRC must first make sure that there is a legal basis for the case and that conciliation is the best way forward. A written complaint must be submitted via the DRC website.
