500 Cases Milestone
The Disability Conciliation Service has reached an impressive milestone of 500 cases. During the last five years we have organised meetings in all corners of England, Wales and Scotland. Successful resolutions of disputes between service and education providers and disabled people have been achieved in over 75% of cases.
Ricability Report completed
Ricability, an independent research body, have now completed a piece of work looking into the effectiveness of the DCS. The results are very good and once again, reflect the breadth and depth of experiences of people and organisations that have been through the conciliation process. We will be making a copy of the report available on the website in due course.
