Disability Conciliation in Education.

Disability Conciliation is an opportunity for disabled pupils and their parents, students and education providers to resolve cases under the DDA. It is a "win/win" situation where parties come together in a one-off meeting to find their own solutions. We have been taking cases since 2002 and have seen a wide range of issues successfully resolved involving;

 - Schools
 - Colleges
 - Universities

Conciliation can be used to address ongoing disability related issues where students or pupils are still attending an educational establishment, or to resolve disability disputes after they have finished their study
